Breaking News: It’s Still Raining!

Last week I told you to think Hygge. But this week I’m saying: if you can’t beat them, join them!

It’s wet. It’s cold. It’s happening anyway. So instead of resisting the rain (and moaning about it - guilty 🙋‍♀️), lean in: walk a little slower, skip the umbrella for a minute, feel it properly.

And think of it this way: energy you save from resistance and complaining (compraining?) = energy gained for the rest of your day. Use your energy wisely!
