Hello and welcome to the first newsletter!
Thank you for being here. Redditch Life & Wellbeing is your friendly, free guide to living well in Redditch: sharing simple ideas, local events, and building a positive community to feel a little more positive and connected!
Redditch Library
When was the last time you visited the library? Did you know they offer an abundance of services, including:
Free BorrowBox app (you can download and read books for free!)
Free Pressreader app (you can read any magazine for free!)
Meeting room hire
Library Unlocked (allows customers aged 15 and over and local community groups to access the library outside staffed hours, from 8am to 8pm, six days a week.)
Business and Intellectual Property Centre (BIPC)
You must be a member of the library to access most of the services, so why not pop down and register. There’s no catch, it’s free for all.

Wellbeing Tip
How to survive the grey, cold, and rainy weather!
When the weather is grey for days on end, don’t aim to feel motivated, aim to feel comfortable and cosy. Put a light on earlier than you think you need it, get outside briefly in daylight if you can, and enjoy warm food and drinks. Think Hygge!
Energy and motivation comes with Spring, we are still very much in the Winter season and need to embrace that, not try to fight it.
